My priority date will be current on Sept 1st (EB3). I work for a company in Alabama. When I filed my application my address was in Alabama.
Last year I had to move to California but I still work with the same company. Basically I'm a remote employee working from home.
As per USCIS requirements I've filed the form "AR11 - change of address" last year itself. I haven't updated the address with
my employer, they still have my Alabama address. So the address on my pay check is Alabama address and USCIS has CA address.
As my date is current now, I've been thinking if my change of address would cause any problem
as my employer is in Alabama and I'm in CA?
Will this cause any RFE from USCIS to my employer asking for clarification?
To avoid RFE, will it be helpful if the address on my application is from Alabama as my employer is from Alabama?
Say if I decide to file one more AR-11 now, to change the address to Alabama, is it advisable to make any changes to application now?
