They sent me a notice of rejection of I 765 because :
1. the check was not received/ or was not of the right amount and
2. my lawyer sent the form without getting my signature on the i765 form
I had sent check for concurrent processing under EB1B category and paid $1070/- for the 765,485 and 131.
My lawyer says not to send separate check for the i765, as I have already sent the check with the original package. She says I will be then paying for it two times and USCIS will not return the money.
Please suggest what should I do when sending back the properly signed and dated i765.
