EB1 eligibility
Hi,
My company agreed to sponsor GC but I have a question here. I have worked as Manager for more than a year outside US (From Europe) but had my team sitting in INDIA and reporting to me.
Am I still eligible for EB1?
Do I need to have reprotees from the same country where I was working to be eligible for EB1?
