Anyone knows steps to move petition to new employer - GC priority date is current

Hi,

My GC - EB3 petition was filed in 2003.
I got all 1-140 approved and all was fine/ I worked with the same company (for almost 8 yrs) till 2009.
In 2009 I lost my job and had to transfer my petition to in-country consular processing.
In 2009 I got an approval from NVC with a case number and approval of transfer of petition.

Problem - Now, my GC priority date is current (Sep bulletin) but my original employer does not have a job for me.
How can I transfer my original approved i-140 petition using this current GC dates to a new employer?
