Hi All,
My wife got RFE on 9/26/13 and my GC was approved on 10/2/13. RFE is for the chest x ray, as my wife is pregnant, I did not go for chest xray when 485 was submitted. I did file my GC in EB1 category. I got 84 days to reply to RFE, and with in that time I will not be able to get the chext xray done, and the civil surgeon says she can go for chext xray right away. I choose to defer it as my wife is pregnant, she is due in december 2nd week. My wife H4 status expires on Jan first week 2014.
My questions are,
1. Is it ok to go for a chest xray during 8th month of pregnancy.
2. If no, can I reply to RFE with an date saying I will take it after delivery.
3. Or is there a way to extend my wife H4 status.
Can some one please help me out here and tell me if some had similar situation or can guide me.
