Hi,
As mentioned in the subject, my I140 is currently pending approval (EB2) and my priority date is in 2012. Based on the EB2 dates, it might take several years for 2012 to become current. So, until then, can i work for the same company in a different country (Canada)? As GC is mainly for future employment, i am thinking that it is ok. But, at what point do i have to be here in US so i don't miss my priority date?
