Hello guys,
The job I"m currently on requires a Bachelors' degree + 5 years of technical experience.
I do have the equivalent experience (without considering the time I've spent on my current job) but some of the experience also comes from my jobs at the school (during Bachelors' and Masters'). I remember reading that this kind of experience doesn't actually count irrespective of how relevant it is or not. Is that true?
Also the immigration attorney asked my employer if alternatively a Masters' degree + 2 years of experience (which is much more comfortable to my situation) would be acceptable for my position and my Manager flat out rejected such alternative. So I'm wondering what you guys think..
