Urgent need help!! 485 and cancellation of passport
Hi,
I need your inputs..my husbands green card is being processed and his 140 got approved, and priority date is 2012..he passed away a month back and I am the benificiary..I was just checking if his passport gets cancelled then can his 485 be applied, will it be a problem if it gets cancelled..
To send his ashes to oversees, we need to get noc from consulate, then they will cancel his passport, so will tht impact green card processing..
Please give your inputs....
