Hello
I have completed my 6 years of H1b visa and now on 7th year based on i-140 approval from employer A (Got my H1 extended for 3 more years based on i140).
Now Employer B has transferred my H1B (got visa transfer approved for 3 years based on i140 approval from employer A) and would start processing PERM shortly (in 3 months). However Employer A says he will cancel the i-140 the moment i leave the company.
1. What will happen if PERM from employer B is denied? will I be able to continue with emplyer B until I finish the allocated 3 years on my current H1B with employer B or will it become void?
2. While I'm with employer B, is there a possibility of changing job to employer C (incase if I don't like employer B) and if yes based on what I can transfer my visa because my old i140 would have been cancelled by that time by employer A?
