Hi All,
I am currently on L1-A visa and in a managerial role. After evaluating my profile/case, my company and attorney are ready to initiate my G.C. under EB1 category.
They are going to file I-140 and Adjustment of Status (I-485/AOS), EAD/AP concurrently.
However, my problem is, I will be moving to a different work location after 1 month of filing my G.C.
But my Role, Employer, Client and Job Responsibilities will remain the same, just the work location will be a different office in a different state.
Will this location change in the middle of the G.C. process impact? I want to go ahead with my G.C. process now instead of waiting till i move to new location as my current L1-A petition will be expiring in 4 to 5 months so i will not have enough time to initiate my EB1 G.C. after moving to new location.
Can you please suggest your recommendations in my situation.
Any suggestions in this regard highly appreciated?
