Hi all,
My employer started the GC process, and they have already filed my application to the DOL for Labor Certification (job advertising went well). My question is: has anyone ever been rejected during that stage? And for what reasons can they reject that? Also, on average does anyone know how long it takes? I have been told it can go from 3-6 months, to 18+ months. Thank you in advance!
