EB-1 or EB-2 Visa?? Am I eligiable?? Lawyer recommendation?

Hi All,

I have PhD in Mechanical Engineering and I'm currently working as a post doc in USA.( I'm on J-1 and I got the wavier) My field is Nanotechnology specified in graphine. I'm planning to apply for green card. I have 4 journal publications, 5 conference papers and 16 citations. I have around 1 year of experience. I have few national awards, but not international awards. I'm a Bangladeshi in Nationality. Can some one please give me a suggestion on,

-Whether I'm eligible for EB-1? (Extraordinary Ability) ???
-Whether I'm Eligiable for EB-2? (National Interests wavier) ???

I spoke to a lawyer on phone and he told me that I can apply for EB-1 and EB-2 both..(????????) I'm a little confused..Would it be a waste of time to apply for EB-1 or EB-2?

Also I'm looking for a lawyer who can draft the recommendation letters for me. I know majority of lawyers will ask me to write them, but there are few who will do it for their clients. Can some one please suggest me any of such lawyer...
