I hold L1A visa valid till Feb 2015 which will max out in Nov 2015. Last week my company filed the PERM under EB3.
1. What are my options to extend my stay in US beyond 7 years?
2. If I go back to India for an year, come back on a fresh L1A, can my company upgrade the existing GC application to EB1? or can they file a new GC application under EB1?
3. Should I consider withdrawing the GC application filed under EB3? is it possible?
