Help with job offer

Hello,

Needed help for making a decision to take the job offer.

H1B details,
My h1b started in feb 2011and is until feb 2017. Current work place has started my GC process and is at LCA approval.

I have a job offer from a very big company to start in November end 2014. They said they won't start GC application for 12 months after employment start. It is a dream company to work for and I am keen to work, but don't want to jeopardize the GC process.

Would starting the GC process in December 2015 hurt my status in anyway?

Have to get Prevailing wages, quite period, and actual application; can it be done before feb 2014? I can recapture about 6 weeks of h1b time.

I have negotiating power with the company and can request them to do it early.

If they don't negotiate, should I take up the offer?!?
What other options do I have?!?

Everything fine in current company, no issues. But don't want to miss a once in lifetime chance to work for this other company.
