My employer filed PERM under EB2, though I am in managerial position. I am currently on L1B which is expiring in 3 months and my employer is filing L1A for me. Once I am on L1A, can my employer file application under EB1C while PERM is pending/approved? Is it possible for the two applications by the same employer one under EB2 and other under EB1C for the same person?
