Hi Team,
Myself and family completed our biometrics Yesterday. On that regards, I've a question about travelling outside US.
My wife is pregnant and we plan to have our baby delivered in our Home town in India. We are planning to travel India during the early weeks of Jan'2016. Though I'll be back in 2-3 weeks, my wife will stay back in India for next 6 months.
Questions
1. Will this hinder our prospects of Green-card approvals by any means...?
2. Is there any remote chance that we'll be called for an in-person interview...?
3. Is there any other technical challenge that she might face (by being outside US), during the process of Green-card...?
i.e will my petition be considered abandoned..?
Note:
We've valid visa (might need stamping though) to return back to US.
