GC EB1 - managerial category - 5 days short of 365 days outside US managerial role.

Hi There:
Please advise - whether I pass the 1 year outside US managerial role eligibility criteria for EB-1. I'm short by 5 days and given that, I'm on L1A visa and was converted from L1B to L1A through amendment petition during my stay in US( used the 360 days outside US as a factor for L1A conversion).
