I am in US at the moment on H1B. I have a 2 Yrs Full time Bachelor's (BSc) from Calcutta University which gives me 14 years of education plus I have 16+ years of professional experience. In parallel I am doing a 1 yr eMBA (Specialization in IT) in distance learning mode and 3 yrs MCA (Distance learning Mode).
My company's attorney is not filing saying that experience cannot be counted in lieu of US Bachelors and not ready to file my GC until I am getting my MCA degree. They are not even ready to file my GC after I obtain the eMBA degree.
I have already completed 4.5 yrs of my H1B, so would like to know with the above education and work experience am I eligible for Green Card under any category EB2 or EB3.
Any help will be appreciated.
