L1-A to GC EB2 or EB1C

Hi,

I've been living in the US for over a year now under a L1-A visa and I requested my company to apply for the GC.

The law firm responded the request saying that the best way is through EB2, what involves Labor Certification.

Is there any factor that can hinder me from applying for the EB1C with LC?
