My Name is Ramesh Babu Bhimavarapu. I am currently working in H1B VISA. My current employer applied Employer based Green card for me in EB3 and it was got approved in July-2016. My current H1B reaches 6years at the end of 2017. I heve below questions related to changing employers
1. At this point of time I would like change employer for better career opportunities. Is it possible?
2. If yes how this is possible? What I need to do and what my future, prospective employer have to do?
3. Is it possible the prospective employer can upgrade my current EB3 to EB2 if my job and myself are eligible at the time of switching employer.
4. Do I need to stay any minimum duration with current employer before I switch the employer?
