  • L1-B to Green Card

I moved to the US 8 months ago with a L1-B visa.

Was wondering if it's reasonable to apply for a GC now, or should I wait? I think EB-1 (Manager) is the best fit for me.

How long would it take me to get it, if I do. I'm from Tunisia.

Your company can sponsor you since the day you arrived, there is no minimum time. However, if you are on the L1-B, most likely you cannot apply for EB1C. EB1C is for managers/executives with previous managerial role before coming to US (at least 12 months). Usually executives get the L1A visa. L1B is for specialized knowledge. The EB1 visas usually are Current and you just have to wait for the processing time (check on this forum - some cases are taking 10-12 months). The EB2/EB3 depends but it was Current for several countries - check the Visa bulletin.
