Joined new company and releaved on same day from old company

Hi,

I was working for a company and releaved on dec. 16th 2004. and Joined the new company on the same day dec 16th 2004. If my experiance letter from preivous company show the last day of work as Dec. 16th, does it have any problem for my Labor clearance in a Green card processing?
