L Status Conversion to Green Card

Is it possible to convert status from L to Green Card or does it have to be from L to H first ?

There is no such thing as converting from L status to greencard nor H status to green card.

It is possible to apply for green card when you are in L status. Read /employment-based-greencard/ for more information.
