Being in the 6th year of stay and on an L1A status. Is there a way one can switch job to another employer (continue stay) and have GC processed by them ?

Hi,

You cannot switch to another employer with L1A. The only way possible to applying for a H1B with a new employer; but I feel this is a step back.

It would be better to apply for GC with current employer; once approved move on ;-).
