Hello,
FBI check was completed on Feb 14th '07 (actually the same day).
If there was a minor record 7 yrs ago; would this come up in the FBI check? According to the UK Police system; all minor records are wiped after 5 yrs...so wondering if FBI check would have highlighted?
Also received EAD few days ago; so now waiting for i-140 (approval / decline).
