I hope we can find an answer for our question here:
My husband (H1B) and I (H4 dependent) want to apply for a green card. As of now, my husband would only qualify for EB3 with his B.A. and two years of working experience. However, I have a European M.A. equivalent, which would generally qualify for EB2.
Is there any possibility at all of making my degree count toward our EB category in the application?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
