Query regarding I140 - green card processing

Hi,

I have one query regarding I 140. My greencard processing is at I140 stage, only labor got approved till now.
So I was wondering if I can change my employer right now and is there a possibility if my employer can continue my green card processing.

Is there is any implication if I change my employer right now?

Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks
