Question on Birth Certificate
Hi,
I have a question regarding the Birth Certificate. In my case, my birth was registered but a birth certificate was never made. So I have made my BC now....but the problem is since the BC is made 15 years after the date of birth, the Registrars Office in my place of birth says that they will have to leave the Name blank (according to some weird rule). So my BC will not have my name, but will have my DOB and my parents names.
Will it suffice if I submit this BC and two affidavits from my parents? Or is it mandatory that the BC have your name?
