I have an I-140 approval, still no Visa...
My petition (I-140) has been approved by USCIS since Sept 27, 2006. My lawyer says there are no more visas available for me as of this time since the NVC posted that update on the visa availabilty. I'm so confused right now, cuz if you will check the bulletin, the cut-off date is Current, and yet, there no more visas are available.
Shouldn't I be assigned a visa number since my priority date falls before the cut-off date?
