Hi All,
I have a quick question.
My Labor was applied in PERM on Oct 2006 and got approved. I-140 was applied on Nov 2006 and still pending. I-485 was applied on July 2007 and did not get the receipt notices yet. (Included my husband and he works for different employer).
My husband's labor was applied on Mar 2005 in OLD processing on March 2005and got approved recently. Can he apply for his I-485 now and can he include me?
I heard that there should not be 2 AOS's filed at the same time. Is it true? What should we do now?
Can anyone advise?
