I received my green card through employment 2 years ago and changed employer (contract agency) about 6 months ago. Although I changed contract agencies, I actually kept working for the same company that I had been contracted to, performing the same role and even working for the same people.
My question is - I'm leaving the US for a 2 week vacation (first time since changing employers), so is there a chance that the border guards will cause me problems when I return, because in previous trips, they have always asked who my employer was. If they do, can they refuse me entry, or is my case just referred on to the INS for investigation?
