If we move from CA to TX, who will process the 485, NSC or TSC ?

Hi

I am working for a company B in California for last 2.5 years.

As a future employee, the previous company A (Virginia) got 140 approved through TSC, and during the 2007 fiasco filed the 485 at NSC being a CA resident.

category: EB3, 2002

Now I am planning to move to Texas within next 6 months, then which service center will process my 485? NSC or TSC?

Due to the fiasco, they were doing load distribution and your case could have gone to either one of these centers. Upon filing an address change, they may choose to transfer the case to Texas or continue processing the case themselves.

I have few friends that work with me that have applications both in NSC and TSC even though we work for the same employer in the same place.
