non US address on paystubs

Hi folks,

I filed my I485 in July 2007 and I am in process to use EAD.

The company I am planning to join is Canada based with a registered office in USA.

The employement letter has the USA address but the paystubs will have Canadian address. Will this affect my green card process if I join them.

They confirm that all the deductions( social security, medicare, state and fedral taxes) from the salary will be as per US laws.


Please advise.

As long as you are working inside the US, you will be fine.
