Green Card EB2 question

Hi,

I have done my Master's in US. I graduated December 2005 and have been working since then for a consulting company. As of today my US work experience is 2 years and 8 months. I also have 1 year of experience in India. I am filing for my green card through my consulting company and the lawyer they suggested had issues with me filing in EB2.

Can I file my GC in EB2 category or not?

Any help would be highly appreciated!

Job requirements determine whether it is filed as EB-2 or EB-3. You may be "overqualified" for a job, but it will not impact where the job is filed.
