Change in Job

I have received my EAD (without fingerprinting) last year. My Green Card was filled as QA Eng however I changed my carrier and now I work as Program Manager for the same company.

Now I am looking to change my job, can i join the new company as Program Manager?

I think the new job has to be "similar" to the job based on which the GC was applied. Without job details, you decide whether the new job will meet AC21 criteria.
