  • L1B to EB1 c

    Hi,
Has anyone gone through the L1B to EB1 (Multinational Manager). I am on L1B and applied in EB3 but due to long waiting and considering i am on extension now, our lawyer recommended to re-apply as Priority Worker Management Transferee. I am already working as a Manager with more than 10 people reporting to me.
So I am looking for similar case or if someone wants to share some info in this regard.
How risky is it? I have to spend over 9000$ again in addition to previous labor/I-140 fee.
Lawyer says i dont have to apply for L1A first and directly from L1B it is still do-able.

    Thanks,
    TN

I think the lawyer is correct as long as you qualify for EB-1C I-140. I consider getting an L-1A a test run for EB-1C GC. If L-1A is approved, that tells you, in my opnion, that EB-1C I-140 will likely go through. It's just me though. It's is still ok from L-1b.
