Entered as J1 with I-94 status as D/S. Moved to H1B and filing I-485. I-94?

I came to US on J1, the I-94 has D/S on it as duration fo stay and class as J1. Which is still shown on website. However I moved to H1B , where I-94 is same but date is till 2022.
My I-140 is approved and now am filing I-485, in part where need to give I-94 # /Duration of stay and class, do I need to write old one i.e. (D/S ,J1) or new one i.e. (2022, H1B)?. Its right undet question Port of entry, on what status etc in I-485.

I think it refers as status of latest entry, and then ask the current status later on. So you should write the J1 information (latest entry to USA) and H1 status as the current one.
