My employer is preparing a job ad for my PERM. When he condensed the qualifications in the job ad, he also wanted to change some of the qualifications. In this way, the qualifications in the job ad will be different from those in the company's HR system. Here are my questions:
1. Is it required by law that the qualifications in the PERM job ad should be the same as those in the company's HR system?
2. If it is okay that the qualifications in the job ad are different from those in the company's HR system, when my employer screens applicants in the recruitment process, does he screen people based on the qualifications in the job ad or the qualifications in the company's HR system?
