EB1 C wait time for Candian Citizen born in India

I was born in India and will be submitted for GC under EB1 in 2020 , currently got L1A visa for work.
What do you think would be the wait time ? Will the wait time change if we get democrats next election ?

Just based on what I have read/heard, there is a pile of applications in 2017, hence the date has not moved beyond Feb 2017 in the last one year - currently at Jan 2015(and I am sure new applications have accumulated since Feb 2017). There is a limited number of GCs for each country so EB-1 India is going to stay retrogressed for a very long time. what will happen in future, no one can say with certainty!
