Travel while I-140 approved and visa stamping expired

I have an I-140 EB-1 application pending (regular processing). I have old EB-2 I-140 application approved with 2013 priority date.

My current H1B visa is valid until Dec 2020. I have approved H1B petition so I can continue working after Dec 2020.

I plan to travel to India in Jan 2020 and get my H1B stamp based on extension approval.
What if my I-140 under EB-1 is approved while I am in India or before I travel to India?
Will it affect the H1B visa stamping?
Will I be able to travel back to the US?

Depends if you get your H1B visa stamped, then yes. I140 has nothing to do with your current H1B.
