Is Special education (like Speach Therapy)in kinder garden subjected to Public Charge

I'm on H1B visa.My kid is an Indian citizen.
Will there be any ineligible to adjust status to lawful permanent resident if my children opt for the special education (like Speach Therapy) in kinder garden school.Is special education in schools benefit subject to the public charge consideration?
