    Date of Birth change

    Hi All,

    Need some advice here.

    I am on L1A and my EB1C filed last year and I140 approved this 2020 Jan. My date of birth has a problem. All my official document from SSLC book to passport, SSN everwhr its one date. I didnt have the birth certificate so far, but recently i came to know that for filing I485, you need Birth certificate. Now when i got the certificate from India, i came to know that, there is a change in date and its a different date ( 1 month and 1 day earlier) . So how to proceed further.. ??? where i should change first? anyone did this before? please advice.

    You should fix the birth certificate, because thats the only one place you have wrong date. This will bring all documents in sync.

      Thank you Libra_14, But i cannot change birth certificate now.. Its already been issued and cannot change
