Got GC need information about my sons visa
Dear Senior members
me and my wife got GC on 9th july 2010. but we were in india since 2009 jan. iam working with some xyz comapny in india. now we have a plan to enter in usa. is there any probelm in port of entry. ?
2. i ahve 6 motnths old son who was born in india. what visa ican get it for him?
like b1/B2 or we are elgible for immigrante visa.. plz help me iam in critical postion. thanks in advance
