Hi....my spouse was in a foreign country from June 22, 2000 to May 05, 2001. Does that count as 12 consecutive months since it is less than 365 days. It will decide if she needs Police clearance or not.. Thanks. .

My guess is that 12 consecutive months means at least 12 months or 365 days.Nov 2018 - Package sent - EB - Texas Service Center
