I have seen this happened to some people, most of the time it looks like they made a mistake and the wrong status showed online (We ordered your new card) so they need to correct that by "reopening" the case. I hope they approve your GC (for real) soon.

Can you give an update on what happened with your case? I have just had the exact same process...
      - Card being produced
      - Case reopened /reconsidering
      - Case Approved
      - Case Reopened.

(all in the space of 3 days!)
