I was in US more than a decade ago and employer 1 had my I-140 approved. Then I switched to employer 2 who got PERM approved and was about to file for I-140 but I had to return permanently to my home country. This was in 2014. Now fast forward in 2024, I am in India and potential employer 3 wants me to move to US.
The priority date associated with my approved I-140 case from employer 1 is 03/31/2009. The USCIS July 2024 visa bulletin says the current cut off date for EB2 category (advanced degree or exceptional ability) is 22 JUN 2012. does means my priority date is current and my potential employer 3 can file for my PERM, abd once approved can file for my I-140 and 485 together?
