GC under EB1: time and fees

You have to contact a lawfirm as it really depends on them and their payment plans. For EB1, it could differ as they have to prove exceptional ability or outstanding capabilities. !40 may take the big chunk of it as 485 is pretty simple.

Can you please indicate the breakdown of the fees at different stages? For example, during I-140, I-485 stages? But if the lawyers charge their fees differently than stage-wise charging, then please mention these.

GC under EB1: time and fees
My employer is willing to file my GC under EB1 (EA/OR) category. Can I get a ballpark estimate of:
1. Total duration it takes to get EB1 approved. (It might depend on case to case but generally speaking what would be the duration from the day I-140 is filed)
2. Total fees (lawyer + application fees). They might ask me to pay a part of it but I have no clue how much.Tags: None
