Hello,
I am licenced Physical Therapist working in New York state on H1b visa right now.
I did couple of applications with federal government hospitals where Veterans affairs hospitals can hire non-citizen/ non-permanant residents. They can sponcer me another H1b so that I can take transfer to VA hospitals( which is under federal government).
My question is: Can I get faster greencard if VA hospital files greencard for me in future?? Is there any special category for that??
