Distance Education for EB2

Hi ,

I have 15 years Bachelor science degree then I did M.Sc (IT) through distance education(PRIDE) from Periyar university, Salem.

Is the distance education is valid for Green card?
Can I claim the I have studies (15+2=17 years) equality to U.S Bachelor’s degree (16 years)?

Education is valid as long as the university system is recognized and is accredited by an accrediting agency.

As far as India 15+2 = US 16, read about 140 rejections by means of a google search and you will get a complete picture.
