My employer applied my Green Card in EB3 instead of EB2 in Jun 2008 even though I have Master Degree (MCA) from India. I asked him to apply my green card process in EB2 but my employer is saying ‘It is very difficult to apply EB2 from the same employer; if you want you can change the employer and apply EB2 with that employer’.
Now I am planning to change my employer to start my green card in EB2 process.
Can anyone can let me know the complications of date porting from EB3 to EB2?
